About Driftix
These terms apply to purchases from driftix.eu. Driftix sells RC cars and related products. Product descriptions, selected variants and the items included in each package are shown on the product pages.
Orders and payments
Check your selected model, colour, quantity, delivery address and contact details before placing an order. Available payment methods and the total amount due are shown at checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Prices and offers
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the storefront. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown at checkout before payment. Bundle savings are measured against the current price of buying the same quantity individually, unless another reference price is explicitly stated.
Shipping
Standard shipping is €4.95 below €50 and free from €50, subject to checkout eligibility. Delivery estimates and tracking information are explained in our shipping policy.
Returns and product problems
We offer 30-day returns as described in our returns and refunds policy. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. Your statutory withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected.
Safe use
Follow the instructions supplied with your RC car, controller, battery and charger. Check the product information for any age guidance and use the product responsibly.
Website content and collaborations
Website content and branding belong to their respective owners. Sending us a photo or collaboration enquiry does not automatically give us permission to publish it or create a product from it. Any use of submitted content for a collaboration will be agreed separately.
Privacy
Information about the handling of personal data and cookies is available in our privacy policy.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law without excluding mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
