Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You can notify Driftix that you wish to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, including if you change your mind. Use our contact form and include your order number and the items you wish to return. A reason is optional for a change-of-mind return.

How to return an item

We will provide the return address and instructions. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. Do not send a return to an address on the parcel label without checking the return instructions.

Pack the item securely and include its accessories. Keep proof of postage. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return shipping costs. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution without charging you the necessary return costs.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your return notification. We may wait until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first. For a full-order return, we also refund the original standard delivery charge; any additional charge for an upgraded delivery option is excluded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact Driftix with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. We will arrange a repair, replacement or other remedy, including a refund where applicable. The 30-day return window does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Cancel an order

If you want to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we will explain how to return it.

Your consumer rights

Our 30-day return offer is additional to your statutory rights, including the EU right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. No term in this policy removes rights provided by applicable consumer law.
