Shipping costs

Standard shipping is €4.95 for orders below €50. Orders of €50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Eligibility is calculated from the order value used at checkout after applicable discounts. The final shipping charge and available destinations are shown before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Our product pages show an estimated delivery window of 7–15 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery can vary with the destination, carrier and customs processing.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you cannot find the message, check your spam folder or use our contact form.

Delays or missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact Driftix with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Address changes

Check your delivery details before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the address can still be changed before dispatch.

Customs and taxes

Any taxes collected by Driftix are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, customs authorities may charge additional import duties or fees. These are separate from the shipping charge.
